My dad is older than my mother. And yeah at a certain point he stopped wanting to go to parties etc and she didn't.

My pops provided everything for us, we didn't want for anything.

My mom got into a second childhood and started cheating with this guy, left my dad and moved me and my siblings out of the family home. I moved back home. (Best decision I made)

The guy she cheated with she moved him into her new place. This guy had no job, just DJ'ed occasionally she kicked him out after 5 months.

So all that upheaval for a dusty bum and years of marriage ruined. She could have just left my pops then did what she was doing.

Age gaps are fine if you think long and hard about what’s waiting on the back end.

If you like being with an older man because he has money, cool. That older man is going to get OLD faster, though, and it will be your duty to tend to him since you benefited from the $ on the front end.

That’s a message that is missing from this “get the bag” culture. His mom probably didn’t think that she’d literally be his nurse.

Staying fit, growing old together, and helping each other along the way seems like a good deal. Staying fit is key, though.
