After peepin the thread I now know I def have had some lucid dreams in my time ..buy this astral projection and sleep oaraylisis I don't think so ..

Oddly enough I never think about sex when I'm doing it. I have thought about it when I wake up like,why didn't I have a threesome with Kim k,Alexis Texas and Jessica alba but it never crosses my mind in the moment

Damn my mind is blown reading this thread. I definitely go into sleep paralysis often. Shytt is definitely scary. I always just force myself to wake up because I panic. I realized one way to avoid this is to fall asleep listening to the radio or something. I usually just listen to a podcast on my phone or something.

As far as jumping out of your body, the only time this clearly happened to me was when I was in the Army. Had that hour and a half lunch break and my battle buddies were in my room playing play station. I lay down and doze off and I got stuck in some weird state where I'm hearing them their conversation but I'm also seeing my own body sleeping in the bed. It wasn't scary just weird as fukk.

Crazy though my whole life I'm thinking this is just some shytt that happens to me not knowing it's an actual thing.

I also do not believe we should be messing with these powers. I am of the firm belief that there is evil that wishes us harm. I have no proof but my belief is that when you knowingly get in touch with the spiritual realm for recreation you may get more than you bargained for.

I never saw any demons or shadowy figures. I'd shyt my fukking draws if i did....for real. My lucid dreaming, I was half way sleep, half way awake and my mind fluttered away into a dream. Before I knew it I was on a dark foggy road in the middle of the woods. Tall evergreen trees on both sides of the road. It looked like a Noir film. I imagined a cherry red corvette, which was the only thing in color in the dream, and it dropped down from the sky. I hopped in it and gunned it down the road at 170mph and screamed (joy) then I woke up I don't know nothing about this demon stuff My sleep paralysis it happened one morning I slept on my back. I woke up and the sun was coming into my room. My eyes were open but, I couldn't move my body. It felt like my entire body was under an anvil. I just screamed and screamed but, no words came out my mouth I started saying Jesus name in my head and eventually the feeling rushed back into my arms and legs and I could move again. No demon figures though. I mean I wasn't looking around the room since I could barely move. Maybe they were there I don't wanna die dog

My question is the spiritual world, "good", "bad", or "otherwise" can be tapped into through all these religions, and apparently without it according to what yall are saying in this thread? Would yall say the spirit world is indifferent to how it is tapped into? Or do different religions impact it?

Take a place like India, like how does the spirit world react to Hindu reincarnation, when next door you got Muslim Jinn, next door to a Catholic priest doing an exorcism.

Most of the time when I experience sleep paralysis, I can feel a presence in the room. I've been attacked once but I've never seen anything. I might sleep on my back tonight and try to experience more.

Had sleep paralysis a couple time. Always while sleeping on my back. The two times it lasted longest, I didn't do it on purpose but I always see some demonic shyt, shadows growing in corners of the room and random high pitched noises and I freak out. I always know when I'm going into that zone because I always hear that high pitched noise like what soldiers hear after an explosion.

shyt is creepy. Might start doing it again and trying to push past it tho

Anyway here my story, I started lucid dreaming at 8. Wake up trippin then realize im in this realm. On weekdays I pass out on the couch. I reach this half dream half real life daze start seein humanoid shadow figures or "demon" like animals come towards me. only my mom & wife knows about it & only occurs when im tired af head noddin or like 2-3 AM
