Do you all dream in color? I would say most of my dreams are either in black and white or very dull to the point of not noticing color. But when I do have color dreams (like the one last night where I was looking up at the night sky) they're EXTREMELY vivid, like the most vivid representation of color that you could imagine, like you just took 10 hits of acid and colors are super amplified. I don't know how some people want to induce sleep paralysis on themselves. sounds fun until you in it and it feels like you're in a coma. you want to wake up from the dream but you can't. You can't get your mind to move your body ( it's like mentally trying to move another person's body). There's a risk you may not know how. You doing it and you not sure if this is how people die in their sleep.

Me personally i shake my head really vigorously to get the blood moving in my head. Don't know if my actual head moves though. i think what's happening in all this is the blood is pooling to the back section of your brain. Hence guys talking about lying on their backs. Also i think it's a certain range in the sleep pattern.

There's video on YouTube of some guy who has patients where he let's them sleep then interrupts their sleep. he's studying their brain waves during the paralysis.

I lucid dream here and there. Something I thought other people do. Astral projection not that i know. I'd still think I'm dreaming anyway. Spiritually there's places I don't want to go. Just stay as naturally as ever
