My legs look gay as hell, please help me find a routine

My Previous Leg Routine.


Squat - 4 x 8-12 reps
Hack Squat or Leg Press - 4 x 8-16 reps
Leg extensions - 4 sets x 10/10/6/20 reps Don't even ask me how :mjpls:
Stiff legged deadlifts - 4 x 8-14 reps
Lying hamstring curls - 3 x 8-12 reps
Calves (standing using smith machine with moderate weight) - 4 x 25 reps


But hey....it's just advice. :shaq:

btw...on that leg day...eat red meat... i have a huge craving for red meat after that workout. :leon:

for those of yall trying to focus on bulking i HIGHLY recommend copping myotape and recording measurements

its cheap and itll let you know for sure if you are getting bigger or not

at the end of the day Spur, regular leg work in general is going to do you good. The higher your squat number the better youll able to get results from hypertrophy once you do isolation. So still focus on pushing out those sets.

I like the variation, I actually did the 5x5 squats starting out, then added your routine along side with it. It actually made me feel good and want to continue doing legs :wow:

Ima be doing legs 2 times from now on instead of 1 5x5 squat, cuz that ain't progressing fast enough.

were you adding weight each workout tho?

as in you said 250 before. is that for reps or 1 rep max?

come on son how you gon show somebody them ashy ass chicken legs and shyt, all you need is to work legs once a week anyway, especially considering legs get used alot during normal everyday life anyway

for example my workouts is 4 exercises for a body part, 4 sets of 10-12

so you could do

squats 4 sets 10-12

or even hack squats if youre a p*ssy

leg press 4 sets 10-12

leg extensions 4 sets 10-12

calf press 4 sets 10-12
