My legs look gay as hell, please help me find a routine

Squat 1 time a week 5x5
Deadlift 1 time a week 3x5

Progressively add weight

They'll grow if you stick with it, you don't need assistance lifts yet

5 by 5 doesn't seem to do anything to me. I started with 150 on squats now i'm at 255 using the 5 x 5 routine but It doesn't look any different. :to:

Only squats won't work my legs. I want a day for legs only and I need a routine you know. I need something hard. 5 by 5 is :snooze:

I say squat/deadlift 2 days of the week personally. I think they're the most important lift.

3 x 5 both days and do it heavy.

Starting Strength and/or Stronglifts.

They focus so much on leg development its resulted in a running gag ala "T-Rex mode" and the like.

Serious' leg strength went through the roof on it.
