Like over a year ago, after starting to hoop alot outside, and just jumping around alot period i started getting these bad ass knee pains in just my right knee, ankle too a lil bit. Every now and then i would hear it pop and shyt and over time i realized i started to run slower and shyt. So after some months I went to the doctor, they did Xrays and shyt and all he said was cuz of my height it was putting too much weight on my knees, cuz my thighs didnt have any muscle in em really
So i decided to stop jumping so much n take a break, slowly the pain got better a little bit. But the past weeks its comin bacc, the other day it was hard to walk(not really) but my knees were kinda shakin a bit, im scared brehs
