Josh Childress wasn’t bad
Trae's defense is like the Magikarp character in Pokemon. A nikka hit Trae with "screen". That nikka dies instantly.
Definitely..We NEED a second star someone who commands gravity outside of trae in the worst way. When he ain't in it looks like la fit off camp creek.
Getting busses down by amir coffey and Bledsoe this ain't ok.
Monday morning, Shams Charania of The Athletic reported that forward John Collins has “grown increasingly frustrated” with his role in Atlanta and “often times has felt his voice unheard” amid the Hawks’ struggles this season.
Nate McMillian and his Assistant coaches are responsible for this...
Yeah it’s starting to look like we gotta look at Nate… Schlenk woulda been crucified if he didn’t bring him back tho.
As trash as El Pee was at managing relationships with players something in his system clearly worked since Nate kept using it. Now that he has autonomy and has his people in place it’s a shyt show.
Don’t wanna turn on him but some of the shyt Pacers fans were saying is popping up. And once again our most efficient scorer isn’t getting any plays called for him…
Just watching I can see why playing with Trae might not be the funnest. Not the best shot selection, he doesn’t let other guys bring the ball up off a rebound like ever, has way too much control of the ball just in general, having to pick up his slack defensively.
That being said he’s just so damn good, you take the good with the bad. This is on the coaching staff. This is the era we are in though you have to baby your superstars and walk on egg shells.
Of course. I thought he got the short end of the stick there because he accomplished a lot with a little then got let go. He looked brilliant last season, granted we didn’t have to rely on G-League scrubs, but the only real difference is that he brought in his staff. Aside from there being no hierarchy on offense the defense is fukking putrid. I’m just making observations.Ehhhh Indiana's problems where all necessarily on Nate as it was only so much he could do with an injury prone core. With that being said, he's a coach that's good enough to get you to the playoffs, but not consistently over the hump case in point by his seven straight first round exists prior to last year.
