Again where's the trolling in my comments :ld:

I said essentially no different than what your GM just said. If you think what I said is trolling, then every poster on this site does it on a daily basis in different threads.

You're really making this a bigger deal than it has to be. It's not that serious I promise you. It's just basketball and not real life.
Every fukking posts from you is on some troll shyt. Your opinion is not valued here. You aren't even a Hawks fan

I'm a fan of all NBA teams and want them to succeed and the Hawks aren't any different. Like I said, you can put me on ignore anytime you want as it's really not that serious.

As a matter of fact, I'll do you the solid and block you myself so we never have to converse again.

There is a random NBA thread for nikkas like you. Go post there. This is a team thread, you are a guest here, you can be booted. Be on good behavior if you trying to add value which you clearly aren't. You just here to talk shyt and make nikkas hate you

Cam and Gallo could be heading out. It's pretty clear at this point that if things don't change in a major way over the next 3-5 games, a move is being made. Haven't seen the schedule but the Hawks may want to put together at 4-1 or 5-0 stretch if they want to keep playing together.

That young core isn't it breh no offense and your GM is essentially telling you that.

Youre absolutely right. I saw @FreshFromATL post The Athletic article about Cam and Gallo. Time to shake this shyt up

Not to say I told you so but I told my brehs for MONTHS that this was coming but brehs here was on some Schlenk is resigning everyone to a max deal, let it play out before we trade folks, etc. I told y’all we weren’t keeping everyone together

They can't afford to pay everybody nor should they. They are not going to dip into the luxury tax to keep a core together that can't even compete for a playoff spot. As I said in another thread, that playoff run last year was the best and worst thing that happened to them as it accelerated the timeline for a roster that isn't ready to consistently compete on that level with the other big boys.

Hunter can't stay healthy, Reddish is too inconsistent, Collins is better suited as at best 3rd/4th option on a championship team and Gallo has completely fallen off a cliff this year. Now the GM is sweating bullets and feeling the heat that they aren't meeting even close to those expectations and didn't sell high on those assets before they got overexposed.

Ask yourself this: Why would they trade players they were gonna max out anyway? :lupe:

Better yet, why would they max out players and go into the luxury tax for a team that’s been ass most of the season? :ohhh:

I told y’all we weren’t keeping everyone together because 1.) Ressler told you so last summer 2.) It was financially impossible to do so. Now add onto the fact that the team isn’t good and the trades are coming

This whole time you’ve missed the big picture: The team has underachieved and this isn’t a championship roster. They were NEVER going to go into the luxury tax for a team built like this no matter what reason you wanted to throw out (record, cost, etc).

This will be a mistake unless they’re bringing somebody like Ingram in

This is exactly who I think they’ll look at too. Ingram may not be the defensive player Cam projects to be but you know you’ll have guaranteed offense when Trae comes off the floor (which is what’s really killing the Hawks IMO). Either that or Ben Simmons. Cam Reddish stan’s might riot if they try to package him for Ben:lolbron:

Not a reddish Stan but shyt I might too. Ben is a great talent but he doesn’t seem like he’ll fit into a team concept. Especially one like ATL where he won’t be the “guy”

:mjlol: I mentioned Ben in a trade and got yelled at on here

I think Ben could work with the right personnel groupings and working off ball with Trae but we’d have to trade a couple other people to make the numbers work
