I said before the season this team needed to make a move to improve. Look at the responses, you would’ve thought I said move the team. Schlenk gotta live with the fact that he wanted to roll with this squad but this isn’t and never was championship caliber

I still think running it back and seeing how guys develop was the move. Now doubling down this offseason would be the mistake

I argue with my boy about this team all the time. He thinks DeAndre Hunter is some superstar in the making. Dude dont ever pass the ball, hes never gonna be a 20 per game scorer and he is not a transcendent defensive talent. Yall needed Derrick White or someone else that can handle some defense. Either that or another big time scorer at the wing.

I remember earlier this season I suggested we trade Cam and Deandre for Ingram and folks went crazy.

Granted the trade couldn't go threw because salaries dont add up and N.O probably would of straight up declined, but brehs weren't even try to hear it theoretically.

Offensively, they are frauds. Just spam the shyt out of PnRs, wings are hardly ever in rhythm, and outside of Trae, no one is capable of scoring an easy bucket or drawing fouls. Last year with Nate, they spammed that 1-5 PnR to tremendous success but it got downloaded.

Defensively, Trae is the problem.
