It’s pretty intense. A lot of sparring and bag/mitt work. Other days it’s a lot of plyometric work. I do cardio on my own. Sprints mostly.

sprints are good...big supporter of doing HIIT...for me if you are not running..im really running like doing 3-4 mile runs on top of doing other types of cardio..you will never reach your full cardio potential

Crazy enough, I plan to join Masters Division and have my first fight in 2020. I've been Googling the hell out of it to see how it's like, and lo and behold - a Coli breh is in Masters kicking ass.

Oh right in bro! If you have any questions feel free to ask. Best thing about it is I just dedicate the time I have. I have a relatively demanding career so I can’t dedicate myself like some young prospect, but I still want the smoke. They have 3 big tourneys every year and you can win belts that look like the real deal. It’s a pretty big community.

Another plus is that you don’t have to shave.
