My First Fast day...tips?

I started intermittent fasting by accident last year - let me explain

I went to the doctor last March and found out my cholesterol was high. For a few years, I was eating two eggs every morning before going to work. So I just cut out the eggs. I eat my lunch around one and I eat my dinner before seven. I think that has been the biggest reason I've dropped weight over the last year. Now I'm not totally strict with it - I do drink a lot of water, but I will snack with some peanuts before lunch, but that's the extent of my eating. Now on the weekends I eat whenever, but I try to stay pretty strict with it during the week.

That’s the thing. IF has a lot of different ways it can be done. It’s a real simple process and even 5 days of restricted cals can lead to an overall weekly deficit.
