Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
:russ: My dude, you were in Manhattan thinking people were speaking like Wu/Mobb Deep interludes?

If you want to find people that speak like that you need to be in the Bronx, where there are random nikkas stuck in a time bubble dressing like they just arrived from 1995 and speak like DMX.

can find nikkas like that in any borough even in Manhattan on 34th street.what homie saw is just what was happening at that moment he was there.spend enough time there and you'll see that "culture"that is supposedly lacking.

if i pass through LA im not guaranteed to see nikkas in khakis and chucks with lumberjacks.

i went there with a typical anti-east coast, california kinda vibe.. but i kinda dig the city.
random thoughts

-The train system is amazing.
-there is absolutely no where to park in Manhattan
-I couldnt catch a cab for shyt... racist ass Arabs..
-everyone is rude as hell (except the Spanish folks for some reason)
-what in the world is a Sicilian? god damn them hoes was fine.
-I was disappointed that nobody I spoke to said "Son" God" or "Peace God"
-Times Square is annoying.
-Queensbridge is hood as fukk, but the street over is a lotta of white people, which was weird.
-Do or Die Bed Stye no longer exists, its now Rent or Buy...... all that stuff Biggie rapped about no longer exists...
-didnt realize Marcy and where Biggie grew up is less than 1 mile.
-Queens (by the JFK airport) is the only place i seen with houses.
-Manhattan clubs are wack as fukk... just a bunch of drugged up skinny hoes..phony Hollywood vibe.
-Meatpacking District was even worse.
-Brooklyn had the best clubs and the finest women.
-First time in my life seeing Puerto Rican and Dominican Women :blessed:

-Harlem was crackin, walked down whatever street that had the Apollo...
-spoke to a dude who owned the Italian Pizza joint who told me stories about the 1980s and early 90s in Harlem and how much its changed.
-Newark is a piece of shyt.
-South Jamaica Queens look like a middle class neighborhood.
-I had no idea Ground Zero and Times Square were in two different areas of Manhattan (seemed like about 10 miles)
-went to Ground Zero, shyt was surreal.

Overrall, i was impressed, i like the city... but i kinda see why NYC Hip Hop is Dead.... there is no culture anymore, the NY Undercover, Wu Tang, Illmatic stuff they talked about was completely different than what i experienced. :manny:

I'm surprised you don't have any police harassment stories.

the cab drivers are on that :mjpls:bullshyt tho. i was near union square a few months ago. we were standing on the corner with a group of black kids....the cab pulls up to us, bypassing the black kids. the driver picks us up and is like..."i'm not picking them up...they like to run out the cab without paying"
