Why are we so vunerable?
We're smart and beautiful yet we allow men to dictate our lives everyday.
Makeup, heels, new weaves, plastic surgery, the list goes on and on.
The things we do for our men... its incredible.
Even when we know that they dont deserve these things, we still attempt to fulfill their twisted fantasy based on pornstars of how "real" day to day women should look like. & this includes the nip-tucked/photoshopped celebrities with pounds and pounds of weave and makeup yet, men somehow believe this is how they look like in real life.. when we all know the truth ladies.

and yes, as women we compete with eachother which contributes to all of the ridiculous things we do to try to achieve imaginary standards.

I'm guilty of it too.. big time.
Even for women with the highest confidence.. we all fall victim to this worldwide epidemic.

Why?..

Men do the same thing. Some dudes entire life revolves around trying to get some p*ssy. Dudes waisting money on $150 shoes, and $1000 rims for there cars just for the attention of the opposite sex. Those type of dudes attract the type of women you speak of, and the cycle continues.

Hop off the bandwagon and do what makes you happy.

Not only stereotypes of women but of men as well, by saying we all expect these things from women. A real nikka shouldn't expect shyt from his girl but love and loyalty. Everything else fall under those two categories. You can flip the script on this as well, it isn't just women who are out here going all out trying to please their partners. Bottom line is, if yall love each other and in a committed relationship, the happiness should come naturally. You shouldn't have to break your neck to please.
