i think they feel like they can sell his music for a high price later down the road. it is a damn shame because the fans suffer the most. im glad we have websites and forums for proper leaks. special shout outs to all rippers who do it right. this thread is low key under rated right now.

I have the entire Gho5t collection but it is the mp3 version. No FLAC.

I have been collecting 2pac mp3 files unreleased stuff since 2006 but some could be dupes or low quality. A lot of the songs are really unorganized as i would obtain them from forums like the ones you said in this thread from the past. I can share my collection if you want but i am not too sure if should rebuild my collection or continue to add stuff to it.

I kind of want to restart my 2pac collection but aim for the highest quality from the get go. I want all of 2pac stuff including in retail in MAX quality preferably .flac /.wav or mp3.

There has to be a online 2pac community where people are not afraid to share his unreleased stuff in high quality . there has to be mass upload collections. i know it takes time, effort in collecting his stuff but we need a better platform. we gotta have collaboration projects with all the 2pac collectors.

one good example on a community collaboration project is the max b series

That does already exist and I've already sifted through it for quality and duplicates, so to my knowledge my collection is almost complete apart from a few missing demos I couldn't find. I've gone through track by track when I was in high school to see what has/hasn't leaked yet so the list I have is 98% complete.

im downloading that mega upload 2pac collection weighing in at 25 gb via real-debrid and the jdownloader2 manager app. i should be fine regarding the download limit.

man, i give you props for this whole collection. i always wanted someone to do something like this. i never thought it would be from the coli.

you must of worked real hard and spent quite a bit of time managing this.

Like you, I collected 2Pac material since 2002 in high school when I really got into his message and his music. I've just collected and edited the metadata as I went along so it might seem overwhelming that someone has done that but I simply just fixed the tags quickly by running it through MP3TAG.

I am going to rename and organize them a little bit better.
remove dupes (there are some).
There are too many folders but it is manageable.
i have lot of tracks that are unreleased but these ones are higher quality.
i love this collection because for a long time i could not find high quality or i was under the impression that a high quality does not exist ( when you browse those forums, you read a lot of doubt lol )

I will not re-encode of course by any means

i will swap the retail albums from this collection and replace them with the FLAC version lol

i will keep an eye out on those forums or sites you mentioned so i can add more to the collection (best quality) when more leaks come out

speaking of leaks, what songs that we know about are not leaked? what has not leaked?

ALAC is lossless, I converted it from the FLAC source that I got from RUTRACKER. Lossless is lossless regardless of how many times you convert it between any of the codecs

Androids can play absolutely any file thrown it's way, it's the app that decodes the codec so VLC Player for android will be the best way to play ALAC/AIFF lossless free of charge and has a nice easy to use GUI like the PC version.
