How old is your daughter? Since you said first grade I am assuming she is 6. A 6 year old does not even know what the meaning of, "you fukked up" means. Little kids should not be running their mouth like that. Everybody is wrong in this situation. You are teaching your daughter that it is ok to get hyped knowing damn well she can not physically, or verbally fight her battles. She needs to know that if anybody disrespects her she needs to go to you or her mother immediately and let you both know instead of telling teachers, "You done fukked up". Also asking the teacher to call her father for that? No instead you should get her a cellphone so that she can go to the restroom and then call you.
