Best thing to do is take out a line of credit and pay the card off with that...then pay the LOC in installments (the interest rate is approx 7% vs a CC 20% or whatever)...in any event, it's a lot lower.

The interest fee is so minimal though...I dunno...that's what I did a few years ago and worked for me. I was never maxed out, but just helped me with getting everything down to $0
