Here's the thing. The system actually makes it harder for us to do that shyt because let's be real. If there was a bunch of black people in that shyt, the place would be seen as undesirable. Real estate agents won't fukk with it. The value of the houses will still be cheap so the government will treat it like trash. That's why they try to force the black and brown people out when a black or brown neighborhood gets gentrified. Haha. You're not even welcomed in your own community that someone else moves into from west bubble fukk and acts like they own that shyt.

Gentrification is classism and racism hand in hand. If you see a black or a brown person in a gentrifed neighborhood. Chances are they have money.

In the hood here in Wichita we have a McDonald's, Starbucks, Chick Fill A, Walmart, Bank of America, Kwik Shop, QuikTrip, Fidelity Bank, Sonic, KFC, Subway, liquor stores, Cricket Wireless store,Metro Pc, Wichita State University, A police station,Dollar General and other businesses and most of the employees are black.We also have a lot of black owned business here.There has been some genrefication but it blacks still run the area.
