good stuff, the opening synopsis got me really intrigued. i would add though but this is no beef you clearly going to go the distance 
but maybe if you dont change this one your next one could be a similar premis but no more super hero movies/comics etc, i think people are tired with the influx it doesnt even push the imagination anymore they could get more from computer games.
imagine your guy wasnt a superhero, but some accountant or someone who hit hard times and then comes the succubus

thats great, a little realness will go far then the recipients maybe could allow themselves to be a part of your fantasy story even maybe easier to be apart of the heroes themselves but you got skills, cat daddy.
