snacking can be problematic within itself, but there's no need to starve yourself...

What liquids are you consuming. Are soda and alcohol completely out of the equation?

I get my best results when I'm dry, :manny:

I only drink water. When I really need something sweet, I'll put half a pack of crystal light in it.

Liquor only on the weekend. And thats only if I'm at a party

It's really carb heavy not to mention a LOT of processed shyt.


Snacking isn't bad as long as you're snacking on the right things. Person above already made suggestions, and the diet posted looks legit so I have nothing to add there.
If you had to cut JUST one thing, cut the special K It's fukking horrible for you.

What's that diet looking like? What's that cardio regiment looking like?

That shyt is supposed to melt off if you combine diet with a good regiment.

Phil Heath said it best. It's not 50% gym 50% diet. It's 100% of both.

I've only been in the gym for 1 month.


And I haven't weighed myself since February. I'm weighing myself in 2wks.
