OK so its been a month and half, since I've been on my healthy life steez.

How am I doing? I haven't weighed myself at all this past month and a half. I don't want to drive myself crazy.

Yeah don't worry about the scale go by pics.....It looks like you lost some fat in your stomach/arms but it would help if you took the pic at the same angle/pose as the first one.

Why don't you try the intermittent fasting?

I can't do the fasting thing. All its gonna do is make me binge eat.

I've cleaned up my diet a bit. I eat seafood twice a week, and try to go vegetarian the other days.

Except I have a son, so I cool regularly for him. I still give him beef and rice and pasta and all that good shyt. So I get tempted a lot.:snoop:

but you need to be more disciplined with ya diet

they way you move will have you creating the "losing weight" resolution January 2014

you makin strides but you need to discipline yaself

you kinda make alot of excuses as to why you relapse

but i aint judgin tho

Take a fat burner in the am to help curb your appetite.

i always believed in eating 5 meals a day to spead up your metabolism

thats all she gotta do

Cardio + 5 small meals a day = results

No problem

Breakfast varies:
Special K and Almond milk
Eggs whites, spinach, cheese , slasa wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla
Chobani and fruit
Just fruit

Lunch is light:
Salad with tomato,avacado, veggies and some dressing(ranch, French,Italian etc)

Snacks vary:

Chips and salsa
Pretzel chips and hummus
Pretzel chips with laughing cow chz

Dinner:
Meat, veggies and small amount or rice/potatoes/pasta

Snack:
2 or 3 cookies
A mini ice cream bar(160 Cal or less)


I eat kind of "bland"

Lunch grilled chicken, fish,tuna or salads side of veggie and fruit

Dinner same

Snack almonds, chobain or something 100 cal or less with very little carbs and sugar.


That 6 small meals is trash.

Long as you stay under your cal intake you'll be fine.

Fix that shifty ass diet please.

You're already doing good but imagine your progress once you clean your diet up :wow:
