I haven't been wrong about shyt yet. He ain't a 5 star, he ain't the 3rd rank Dual threat QB in the nation, and he ain't signed to a big time school. The fukk have you been right about?

Probably already answered, but were all of his offers to play QB?

He also had offers from Tennessee and Oregon.

Hey @Numpsay….the best ranked dual threat in the country was at that Army Bowl game. The arm talent wasn’t anywhere NEAR Pop Watson’s and it was apparent to everyone that week in practice.

But I’ll let you rock because these recruiting sites didnt tell you. :heh:

You put Pop on the field with any of these 2023 qbs (outside of Dante who is going to be that dude!!) he will outshine them.

I have no idea what point you are trying to make right now. What I do know is none of the top ranked players let alone QBs played in that game, which lost its sponsorship and ain’t what it used be. But I’ll stop there because I really ain’t trying to shyt on the kid. All I was saying was :whoa: expectations. And he will have plenty of competition to try and outshine at VaTech.

Oh you were saying was that he was a three star talent. The number one dual threat quarterback in the country was there and wasn’t in his stratosphere. And who cares who didn’t show up. There was a bunch of four star recruits There that he may look like three star recruits. And a three star recruit player like you claim to see in him wouldn’t make them look like they are lesser than him.

He’s done this at every camp he’s visited. His father took the unconventional route and still got him where he needs to be, minus the rankings you put too much emphasis on

My basis of him being a 3 star talent was his size and a release that needs to be fixed, not because of his current ranking. Our ranking debate was because you were calling him a 5 star and he wasn't even ranked at the time. Then you moved the goalposts to not caring about rankings :pachaha:.

And now that I told you that army game is basically an after thought, it's who cares who didn't show up. It's not that they didn't show up, the top players are committed to playing in the allstar game meant for the top ranked players in the nation. I can't even find anything online about the game Pop played in, not even a roster. Guess I'll have to take your word for it that the #1 dual threat QB not named Dante, was there and a bunch of other 4 stars since you can't call them by name. :yeshrug:

Regardless I wish nothing but prosperity for the kid.

We all knew about the Army sponsorship issue coming into that game. And i never said 5 star anything. I said he was ranked the top 3 dual threat qb in the nation. You couldnrt find anything on that and it was from an publication his sophomore year. THAT was what we discussed. I then said the ranking system is junk because his father didnt play the rankings game, instead taking Pop to camps where he showed out.

Not a damn goalpost moved. You see a 3 star ranked player in a player who didnt play the ranking game and still got offers from top schools.
