When has she explicitly said this? She always gives him props on beating her in a boxing match..she said she don't think she can be beat in a MMA cage with him. That is what that is.isn't she the one parading around about wanting to beat up Mayweather?
the fact that she even entertains it is idiotic. And I have seen numerous posts on this site with links to articles about her saying she can beat him. When has she explicitly said this? (4) S0, how can Ronda even be considered a Top 5 lb for lb...When there are men who fight in her weight class that she hasn't fought...
What kind of UNIVERSAL dominance is that...
(5) Rousey is a GREAT fighter...FOR A WOMAN...The media needs to get it right...She is a woman...She doesn't belong in GOAT conversation...
Unless she steps in the cage with TJ Dillashaw
its true, both of them have only fought bumsShe is a GOAT the same way ggg is in boxing
/thread
Her opponents make it too easy for her with their lack of fight IQ though and that irks me. Royce Gracie of WMMA.
Joanna Champion though

(1) Fcukbois trying to insert Ronda Rousey in the GOAT conversation...Regardless of sex...
(2) Ronda IS NOT a good fighter...She is just much better than the competition...Ronda's wins are more telling of how weak the female 135lb division is than on how good she is as fighter...
Who has she fought who could be described as being as dominant as she is...?
(3) TJ Dillashaw is the male 135lb champ, and he would DESTROY Ronda Rousey...EASILY...
So, the Rousey Bandwagon is trying to insert her into The GOAT discussion with Fedor, Silva, Jones, St Pierre and such...When a guy like Renan Barao will DESTROY Rousey...
The worst male 135lb in the UFC will beat Rousey with easy...

I dont have a problem with Rousey as much as I have an issue with how the UFC is pushing her along with the media's agenda. This year really is the year of the white woman. So called rape culture, feminism, sexism, the myth of unequal pay between the sexes, etc., have all been major news items this year more so than ever in past years. Hence, the false alarm at UVA along with the larger false alarm of 1 in 4-5 women being sexually assaulted on campus. Not to mention the nut that is mattress girl. Bill Cosby being guilty despite the lack of a conviction by a jury of his peers. The false labeling of the gamergate movement. Sir Tim Hunt's "resignation" after tongue in cheek comments he made about female colleagues despite those same female peers continued support for him. The announcement of an all male Ghostbusters cast which was met with derision because it took attention away from the female version coming real soon. Celebrity feminism.
There's a lot more, but those are a handful of examples. The thing is the Sports community has been affected by this agenda as well. Hence Michelle Beadle giving Stephen A Smith a Wake Up N!gga moment. She attempted the same with Mayweather but bit more than she could chew and had to resort to calls for a central commission to oversee boxing but not to handle corruption. No, rather her reasoning was so that he could be suspended from fighting because of issues outside the ring namely, domestic violence. The US Women's World Cup win resulted in more than a few articles questioning why male soccer players earn more than women despite the obvious reasons why. It also highlighted the hypocrisy in media with Hope Solo who's had more than one off field incident. Title IX was news story off and on this year with more than a few pundits taking an "oh cry me a river" approach to men's sports being sacrificed so that college campuses can fulfill the Feds quota for equality between men and women's athletic programs. To be in violation is to lose funding. Meanwhile most women on campus aren't interested in playing sports, but wrestling still has to be axed.
With all that said, see the article below with the gem, "few would dispute her claim that she's the best fighter in the world-male or female." Yeah, ok. Funny thing is she won't fight the trans woman mma fighter because of obvious advantages. The caption on the front page of CNN has a picture of her with a statement/question, "The best fighter in the world!?" That agenda is real.

You know Serena Williams, unquestionably one of the greatest female players in any sport got destroyed but a low level male player. That argument is good but then you'll have to dismiss ALL female sports.

Granted it was a long time ago. But still... There's probably some sport with an exception like the female goalie in the NHL or something.
Responding to a suggestion made by a tennis fan on Twitter, Murray wrote in his online BBC column that he would seriously consider an exhibition match against the American world No 1.
“I’d be up for it. Why not?” Murray wrote. “I’ve never hit with her but she’s obviously an incredible player and I think people would be interested to see the men play against the women to see how the styles match up. It’s happened in the past with Jimmy Connors and Martina Navratilova. How about Las Vegas as a venue?”
Williams has her own experience of playing against a male opponent, losing 6-1 to German journeyman Karsten Braasch in a one-set challenge when she was 16 at the Australian Open in 1998. Today aged 31 and arguably in the best form of her life, she believes she would be a different proposition if such a match were to be staged again.
“I was really young. I’m a lot more experienced now,” she said. Asked whether she was ready to take up Murray’s offer, Williams said: “That would be fun. I doubt I’d win a point, but that would be fun.”
She added that she would have to choose the surface – clay, to minimise Murray’s advantage – and joked that she would probably need the tramlines, too.
“He’s probably one of the top three people I definitely don’t want to play but, yeah, maybe we can have a little bit of a showdown,” she said. “That would be fine. I get alleys [tramlines]. He gets no serves. I get alleys on my serves, too. He gets no legs.”
Later, after reflecting on the match‑up, Williams upgraded her prospects slightly. “Maybe I can get a game,” she said. “I’m not sure, but I think I can get a game.”
