My 80's R&B Heads, Help Me Identify This Sample!
I may need to dm you breh. How skilled are you? I'm in the middle of learning myself as an adult using apps and books. But I feel like I'm missing direction I could get from a live human being. I may need some general advice.
Also, I tired to ID the sample but like someone said, the whole song is so busy its hard to parse it out.

I consider myself an intermediate player. Far from an expert. I'm self taught from the school of Youtube. Hours upon hours learning from youtube teachers. I will always recommend gospel for those who want to truly learn piano because it incorporates all music: jazz, blues, r&b and even some classical aspects. Since my foundation is gospel, I can pick out and play just about any r&b song by ear because most r&b songs are just dumbed down versions of gospel musically. You learn to play gospel, and you can just about play anything.

Also, my goal is to spend a lot of time getting my basics down until it's just second nature and then move into either Jazz styling or Gospel styling like you. Appreciate the links. I'll definitely check them out.
