The housing bubble is already about to bust here. Not enough high paying jobs for people to buy 300,000 houses that are small as shyt. As long as oil prices keep going down (they will if you up on it) New Orleans house prices will continue to drop.

The hustle is to rip off banks. All banks have to do is close their purses. The lending slows up then prices will surely fall.

That's two areas, and its probably other places like them across the country. I know I was watching street gangs channel on YouTube, and a Latin rapper was saying the same thing was happening in his neighborhood in L.A.!

I'm not arguing with you, just stating a fact that's all. We tend to think it's only effecting us, but its effecting most major cities. We just happen to make up a big chunk of most major cities.
...As I said before, I truly believe the recession was a test of the financial resolve of the lower class. Not saying it started out that way but I'll be damned if you didn't have researchers looking at all types of data to see if it indeed would be possible for a rich and poor people only....no more middle class

@ReturnOfJudah reading is fundamental breh. I mentioned white flight...

The issue shouldn't be classes right now. It should be opportunity for people, mainly black males, to have gainful employment with adequate for wherever they reside.

its got to be a shift in schools and communities first I'm in a position to hire but the small details most of us don't have. There are opportunities man I tell people all the time but once we get something we never keep it or do anything to bring another black in the mix. We always trying to get out the hood instead of realizing its ours and we can build it up. Takes for somebody "else" to come on your block and put a whole foods and starbucks up and start walking their dog on the same block you grew up on to see damn we had something. :francis:

Which is cool. I don't knock how anyone wants to live. Some people would rather be in the city, some people in the burbs and others in the country.

After being stuck in Hammond for 5 years I'll never NOT live in the city no matter where I'm at in the country.
