Halo 5 is the sleeper game for this gen imo.
Halo 4 was not very good, wasn't terrible but wasn't great. And with xbox not being the most popular this gen and gamers choosing games based on popularity over their own preferences games are getting passed over left and right.
Halo 5 wasn't the best graphically and that's important to sheep. It's why killzone was important. Halo looks impressive in HDR 4k tho and the gameplay is the best in the genre. If anyone has not given h5 a fair chance? Gamepass, you'll be glad you did if you're into fps

But on the real tho OP I’d say Persona 5 Royal, RDR2, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Smash Ultimate, Witcher 3, and Forza Horizon 4 are all must plays for their respective genres/consoles.
There’s a ton more I could list but let’s be real you ain’t gonna get around to all of them
