well ummm......I don't know all the details, but when you live on that continent... threats to water supplies (I would assume) are taken seriously.
Then again, I can see from the thread title that The Quran states somewhere that You should attack damns for Allah.
Or we can get out head out of our behinds and realize the political power struggle that is going on in Africa right now between these two nations and two others. And the fight over the Nile is nothing new.
I can't really support either side in this, but imo Egypt will be making a mistake supporting rebels or even upsetting Ethiopia. I can't support Egypt in this for Diaspora bias reasons.. NTM they used US CAC Confederate troops from our civil war in the egypt ethopian fight that happened back in the day. Of course Egypt got bodied, like they will now if they don't chill.
they could learn and unite with eachother instead. Y would Ethopia wanna fight, they need to catch up with Egypts literacy rates and life expectancy. The average person dies at age 50 in Ethiopia. They should know that Muslims know how to fund terror groups and Ethiopia already has a rebel problem. NTM my black bro's in Ethiopia are taking advantage of the US support of all there lil fights w somalia. They are also the #1 trading partner of China. Pretty sure America or Israel would give Egypt a fade before they destabilized Ethiopia...
It really is only a matter of time before there are wars over the water sources of the region.
Any reading on the confederate troops in Egypt that's pretty wild? I knew a lot of them became mercenaries more or less and moved onto different conflicts in Europe, and South America never realized they went that far.

Ethiopia produces about 70-80% of the Nile's water as well as provide the valuable silt which fertilizes the Egyptian soil further upstream while Egypt is 10% of that hydro-capacity. Those dirtbags have been playing games with the Nile waters for years preventing any hydroelectric of irrigation projects from happening in Ethiopia since the imperial powers thought it bright to give most of the political sway to the Egyptians in regards to the Nile. They can eat a dikk and die cuz they've been on that sabatoge shyt for years.
I don't always agree with the op but he's right on this one. The Arab states and Ethiopia have had issues going back centuries which is a shame considering our historical ties to the religion. But it's totally naive on your part to think the hydropolitics of the Nile and indeed the Red Sea as well, aren't issues that can't be used to further the Muslim agenda. I'll go more in depth later i'm gettin ready for work.
No one said anything about issues which they clearly have but Muslims don't own the damns in Ethiopia. I got Ethiopian friends that tell me....this is about Water Politics and control of central resources...nothing else. Look at the other countries beefing off water....with the Nile.
