“Verily the guilty used to laugh at those who believe and winked at one another when they pass them.”(83:20-30)

That wench was shaydaan in physical form!!!!! subhanallah look at how she ridicules and mocks the good sheeykh in his old age. This interview had the opposite effect of what the Jew media was hoping for. I guess unintended consequences.

Peace be with you,

If you notice every Abrahamic religion (even hindus, and sikhs) women cover their hair during their worship, now the reason they dont cover their hair other times is because they have been led down the wrong path, the people who changed Christianity and Judism from its original message picked, and chose what parts they wanted to keep, what they wanted to stop doing, and what they wanted to add in for their own personal/political benefits, but Islam is the true, and unchanged path, and a woman should remain modest around all men that are not her family.

Peace be with you.

ever picture of Mary I see she's rocking her Hijab :mjpls:

but when muslim women do it, you know, they are oppressed :rudy:

Peace be with you,

First off, the brother does have to make a living somehow, so I don't think there is anything wrong with charging a tv station that is making money off of your interview as well,

:steviej: Would Jesus charge money for an interview?

If Jesus was living today, and had no other source of income, and nobody wanted to help him, yes he would. There is nothing wrong with earning an honest living, now if someone is preaching and selling drugs, being a hit man, pimping, etc on the side to earn a living, then that is not right.

Why what are the benefits of "covering up" according to the quran

Pleasing God, and eternal paradise sound like great benefits my brother.

Peace be with you.

Its amazing that we live in a time where you have to preface correcting a lie with "no offense"

No offense, but this wasn't true for ancient Judaism or Christianity, nor is it true for Hinduism or Sikhism.

Go to a sikh temple, men and women both cover their heads. I was speaking to a catholic women about the hijab, and she said they used to have to cover their heads too, now nuns do. Hindu women always cover their hair when they do their religious services infront of their idols.

Breh, Catholics don't have to cover their heads. Nuns might, but those are monastic orders. I've been to several major Hindu temples in India, and the vast majority of women were not covering their heads- that's not even part of the tradition. You're right, there are a few regions in India where Hindus do that- mainly in the northwest- but the reason is because of the Muslim invasions, not because it's a native tradition. It's due to the influence of the Muslim conquerors being strongest in that region. As for Sikhs- you're right, it's encouraged for men and women to cover during worship, but again, that's largely due to Muslim influence. Sikhism is a syncretic religion with elements of Islam mixed in. Head-covering is not a native tradition outside of Islam.
