the diversity at the rally was CRAZY though, i've never witnessed something like that in my life. you had them, frats, i saw q-dogs, alphas, and a few kappas and deltas. boys scouts and rotc kids, church groups, hispanics, whites, blacks... i don't think i saw any asians for whatever reason. i got a pic of a damn biker group. it was beautiful brehs

There has been studies related to this and articles about this at every major university and magazine. I guess we can ignore what's being pushed in the media as far as promiscuity and young woman r concerned.

I don't know exactly how big of a deal it is.... but r we just going to pretend that young girls aren't affected at all by the number of shows with hoes sluts and teens being preg and doing sexual acts. I don't think the trillion twerk videos made by 11 year olds is by accident. I don't think children aren't influenced at all by the media.

oh i know first hand. i work for a dv agency, thats what brought me to the rally. you'd be amazed by the things that a lot of these men are doing out there that they DON'T consider abuse or their partners themselves... people don't realize because their definitions rarely ever apply to themselves or those around them.

Props. I've done some DV work as well. It was extremely eye-opening. I agree with everything you've said. Another big problem we ran into was denial. Every group/community would be like "yeah, I know those other people get down like that, but not us," but the rates are actually pretty consistent across the board. Especially among higher educated/wealthier or certain immigrant communities, denial was a big problem.

I always felt like the state of women in America is sad. My lil sis shouldn't be exposed to sohh much smuttizum. This makes young women sohh easy to take advantage of.
