I'm a fan of both of their's but vocally, Monica wins this.
Monica's pipes are crystal clear! Golden. Like butter. Brandy's vocals are cool but a bit more raspy and nowhere near as strong as Monica's.

There's a huge different.
The music helps Brandy a great deal.
