You're not saying much to prop up your argument. Nobody is perfect.

Look at the numbers, which group has more of their youth following in criminal footsteps? Which group has the lowest test scores? Which group is last economically?

That's what matters the most.
All you can do is take care of you and yours and choose not to associate with those who are into criminal culture...

There's millions upon millions of Black people in America who neither live criminal lifestyles nor glorify them vicariously...

When it comes to black youth, all the characteristics you just named predate hip hop culture. Black education and black people being typecast as lovers of crime is endemic to American culture and isn't a problem black people created for ourselves. So it's not a problem we can fix ourselves, we have neither the money, power, population, or influence that comes from money and power, to change the woes in black education ourselves. We'll need help and until the ruling class provides that assistance it'll continue to carry the staus quo...

So since you can't change the nation, you can effect those directly in your reach. Your kids. You break your cycle...

Which group is more likely to be a superintendent, principal, vice principle, school counselor, teacher and interact with black students while they have a disdain for black people in general and condition those students to believe "your group just don't read and do maths as good as your counterparts" and when they struggle or fail in comparison to their counterparts, who is that group most likely to reach out to support and provide assistance to in their time of need?

Mel Gibson has been cancelled for years. He hasn’t been in a blockbuster film since Signs, and the last film he directed that got some buzz was Hacksaw Ridge in 2016.
The Hacksaw Ridge that was a box office hit and got Academy Award nominations years after Gibson made sexist, racist and anti semitic comments

People don't understand this.

Yeah, we have to do our parts. But even when we do our parts we have the weight of an entire nation, an entire economy, if not the entire world against us.

There's a reason more networks don't show black people playing guitar, and piano, and drums. When we have a huge segment of black people that go to church and are in church choirs and such. There's a reason they'd rather show us twerking, fighting, rapping, dunking, or scoring a touchdown.

There's a reason they don't funnel money into black writers (books or otherwise), or black filmmakers, not only to expand our interests or showcase our talents, but to get more of us interested or involved...

And they definitely aren't going to continually put us into any situation or circumstances to where we can operate without them. Why don't we have a black news network? Black book publishing company? More black film makers, more black artists that don't make rap and pop, but play guitar, bass, drums? Why in various states are billionaires and millions starting private schools (some using taxpayer dollars or vouchers) to spread white supremacy and Christian propaganda, but black people can't get a private black school where we can focus on and teach our children what we want them to know?

Their plan is working perfectly.
