Only solution is to send Black cops to deal with Black suspects..

Yeah, this is a Police problem, not a White Police problem.

Even if you haven't seen it with your own eyes, you should have learned that from NWA 25 years ago.

Also, think of the fukkery that would ensue in departments without enough Black cops. Black cops are busy when the call comes in, they have to wait longer to get someone there, and some poor innocents die because police response wasn't quick enough.

We've got to address this by changing the police, and that means working to change whole departments and cops of all colors, not just by thinking that we can ignore the bad ones.

I agree to some extent, but it is still a White Police problem for the most part..granted Black cops are a minority, it is very rare to hear of them abusing minorities or whites and my experiences with them have been at least respectful. They have never fukked with me because they can naturally tell Black people apart and can sniff out a troublemaker, which I am not. White cops are incapable of that, all Black skin is a probable cause..


It is also a White cop problem because they are a vastly disproportionate in numbers compared to minority cops, which means in a department a White agenda will foster as opposed to a multi inclusive one..it is undemocratic to have representation from outside your area, these white cops will be the majority in a Black area and they dont even live there or know the people.

Black law suits could cripple these police departments and force them to reel in their barbarian enforcers.

Many cities like Baltimore for example have caps on what the city will pay it. So even if the Jury awarded Tamir Rice's family 30 million dollars in damages, the law says they would only get 500k.

After reading the article on Cleveland.com what the lawyers did was very smart. It puts a lot of pressure on the prosecutor to charge the officers with murder.

I'm assuming they have a plan to deal with the prosecutor if he doesn't charge the cops.

If this works, it could set an incredible precedent.
