My boy coached his woman into running a successful business because she was great at hair. She was just a celebrity hair dresser. HE built her an empire with his business mind. Branded and franchised her. Manages the business, and does pay roll. Still has a lesser paying 9-5 gig than her. She's the real bread winner/ face of the business on tv/social media and has no ego about it. She can't actually run her empire without his brains.

Just because your girl got more bread don't mean you have to get emasculated. A lot of dudes need to start learning what masculinity is and isn't. I even know plenty of Muslim men who drive cabs and their wives got good white collar jobs pulling in more and they put the family first. Wives holding down their husbands. A lot of modern Muslims living like this and you wouldn't know it given their reputation for preserving traditional gender roles yet women are working and bringing the lion's share home.

If a woman is bringing money into the home and is still treating you the same way, you're winning.
