Do you have anything that contradicts actual lawyers or what? All this is Barr's own judgement without releasing the full report to Congress.

And he’s not charged. He’s exonerated. If mueller was never in a position to make a call, then it’s dumb phrasing to say “I didn’t exonerate him” when he wasn’t able to in the first place.
The DOJ gave him guidelines to follow, what was restricted and had the ability to shut him down whenever. I don't know where you got the image special counsel was some godly position.
Barr was the final arbiter on how Congress would act. Simple as that. Without releasing the full report to Congress for them to make their own summaries, he's stated collusion wasn't' a crime, something known and stated to his own judgement that obstruction of justice was insufficient and the report doesn't exonerate Trump. Something Barr said, not Mueller.
Anything else is just politics.

I legitimately would cringe when reading corny things such as, "Mueller time!" online in various comments discussing this shyt show. Again, this was textbook "bread & circus." It was a damn dog and pony show meant only to occupy minds and give folks something to speculate and talk about leading up to the 2020 elections. Mueller is a joke and nothing more than a figurehead. He was never going to do anything to jeopardize Trump's presidency, and with the 2020 election right around the corner, the "Russian collusion" angle is no longer needed and has ran its' course.
Now its back to business as usual and the new circus is picking apart presidential candidates (of which a winner has already been decided.) Everything about Trump and his supporters is subhuman, but nothing was ever coming of this. He and the nazis in the GOP are in this position because the powers that be want them in this position, and that is where they will remain until they no longer want them in that position any longer.

Everyone that has worked for Trump describes him as running shyt like a mob boss who never directly orders anyone to do anything. He's highly insulated and has been doing clearly shady and illegal shyt his entire adult life in every venue he's been involved with (real estate, casinos, "college", steaks, land development, politics) and always gets away with it because of how he insulates himself. It's not surprising he would come out of this unscathed as well.
What is surprising is that none of his sons/in laws got hit with anything, because they're obviously doing the same shyt without Donald's decades of experience skirting the law.
