yeah MSNBC is in the administration's pocket that's obvious. What do people think? Was their being in the sack so hard body necessary for BO to win? They were broadcasting his agenda, while FOX wasn't necessarily doing Mitt's bidding but was just right wing in general. CNN on the other hand just goes out of their way to be impartial during the presidential election. That cable news situation seemed like a big advantage via cable news for the Obama administration.

MSNBC was an active arm of the Obama campaign during the election while FOX wanted Obama to lose but they really didn't have their heart in seeing Mitt Romney win.

I tried to watch that Sharpton show on MSNBC a couple of times...It has the capability of putting Black people back further than any episode of Basketball Wives or Love and Hip Hop Atlanta..

NBC executives have to be trolling us at this point...

this is why I laugh at people who despise FOX but give MSNBC a pass....they are virtually identical.

It's not identical at all. Both channels have clear biases. The difference is FOX actually lies to it's audience. I wouldn't have a problem with FOX News if they didn't manufacture the news to fit their narrative.

Nah, I won't go that far. Basketball wives has already inspired a new generation of hood rats.

sorry but al sharpton having his own show on that network is a joke. the fact that he replaced cenk because he was too "hard" on obama (and israel) is proof that msnbc is no better than fox.

In their bias, they may be no better than Fox, but they haven't reached the level of shameless and blatant fabrication and lying that Fox has mastered. They may get there one day, but they aren't there yet.

Now Cenk's point that HE wants MSNBC to be better than that. Fair enough, but is what they are currently doing actually effective for BO? Is it helping him win elections, polls, pass legislation more to the left's favor? Anyone got an opinion?

Well they push his agenda for the most part and parrot Obama's message on a pretty regular basis right down to Mika on Morning Joe getting talking points texted to her from the White House while she's on the air.
