As we prepare for WWE SummerSlam this weekend, all eyes should be on the loaded pay-per-view lineup but a WWE rumor that has surfaced shines a negative light on the wrestling promotion.
According to the latest buzz making the rounds, there seems to be a “racist culture” behind the scenes of the WWE that is spearheaded by president Vince McMahon.
It may not be terribly shocking to hear, but some of the details will make you shake your head.

Cageside Seats:
The PW Torch has gone on record stating talks with a WWE employee alleging a racist culture behind the scenes in WWE that apparently includes Vince McMahon giving his private jet a racially offensive nickname. In addition, Vince apparently tries to teach black wrestlers how to be “more black”, whatever the hell that means. The creative team is made up almost entirely of white men with the exception of Dave Kapoor, who you may know as Ranjin Singh. It’s alleged his nickname among some agents within the company is “Taliban”.
If the allegations are true and it starts to rub some of the talent on the roster the wrong way, it will be interesting to see what happens behind the scenes.
It is already easy for egos to clash, but if there are racist comments being thrown around and discrimination, the entire thing could blow up when it becomes public as we have seen recently with the Los Angeles Clippers and owner Donald Sterling.
