I don't think so. The reason "Hannibal" airs early is because other networks carry it in other countries. I think "Mr. Robot" is a USA Network exclusive.

Canada is not airing the season until Sept 3. Will air weekly on Showcase (that channel usually airs USA shows, like Suits)
