Never thought he was better than Kendrick or Nip, but he was better to me when he first started popping in the mid-10s, than he is now. He lost momentum and his artistry hasn't really grown...

His first several years he was ill though, even in the city the way Bris came out firing, I think he was arguably harder than Mozzy. Mozzy def helped put a light on the city for the modern era though, big respect for that...
