whats the right amount of time to choke someone out to make them sleep, but not come close to killing them?
In the Koreans defense he also was a grappler with many submission finishes. My g, take Kali's veiny shriveled cock out of your mouth and get it through your head that he would get bodied by most trained people. It would not be easy but I wouldn't bet on a bodybuilders. Strongmen are athletes in their own right and freakish, but guys running dbol and tren and doing pump/fluff work in the gym are going to gas out in under a minute in a fight and the fight was stopped because of a cut
BJJ gets a lot of hype, absolutely, but if you run into a guy that can wrestle and do bjj it's lights out. Sure, some wiry prick pulling guard could get pummeled. Look at Marcelo Garcia. World class jiu jitsu player, arguably the current GOAT, and some random korean stuffed his take downs and beat him in an MMA match. It's not a perfect art but as you said, it's important to be well-rounded, but by no means is it hype. It's proven itself as has Muay Thai.
nah you could tell who could fight and who was about to get worked from jump. With all that punching the other girl was doing, the shorter one stayed calm and as fukk and slowly creeped up on ol' girl
look at the first video
I love when people bring up professional fighters taking losses to other professional fighters to try and make the point that somehow the avg joe would even come close to their levelPretend like all you gotta do is lift weights to beat a gracie.
All y'all? Food though. So live through another man whos a trained fighter
Same dude that got haymakered into another dimension destroyed Bob sapp.I love when people bring up professional fighters taking losses to other professional fighters to try and make the point that somehow the avg joe would even come close to their level

If someone you're about to fight knows that you are only good at one thing obviously they will tailor the fight to their advantage vs 2 strangers colliding knowing nothing about each other and getting trapped I a world you can't escape like being rocked or being on your back
Yea he probably needed a little more takedown and sparring training. He's not a killer he loves jiujitsuAlso I don't think marcelo trained like Demian does with gloves on when he trains. Watching that fight is like watching the same car accident over and over and every time you hope the car doesn't crash, the car being Marcelo
I could just picture a regular cat trying Sapp like shyts sweetSame dude that got haymakered into another dimension destroyed Bob sapp.
Clown says.
But but mowgli everyone beats bob sapp
That's when they their soul Harlem shakes out their body
I can live with that
The only person on the coli who has a chance at beating Bob sapp are the ones that grapple. U gon a have to live with that factSap is an inflexible lumbering hulk with no agility what did you expect
He is nothing but just a big guy with no muscle definition and poor agility and speed used to fighting against other hulks of his size
The first takedown counter was too slow and of course even a pathetic guy like Rolles was able to turn it to his advantage
You are not getting a fresh Muay Thai explosive knee raise grappled that easily. His technical skill was poor because even if his knee was slow he could have just use it as a feint and set him up for an elbow to the jaw
The problem is UFC and whatever other tournaments have an agenda. They want to put former WWE champs in and other bullshyt people in the ring with BJJ to artificially inflate it's value. Or they put in some chinese art guy who has never learned ANY ground work and is SLOW on top of it.
Get the correct Karate master and the fight is never going to the ground....Period.
BJJ fanboys love to point to wins where the opponent was clearly :
- Too slow
- Not agile
- Not flexible
- Some combination of the above PLUS being frail in terms of muscle mass AND quality OR being a big hulk with poor muscle quality. Size of the muscle means nothing when you look for explosive strength and torque it's about the definition
Nutrition aside - High quality muscle makes it difficult to break a tendon. Try breaking a tendon of a guy who has practice the same move 10,000,000 times in his life vs. a guy who knows a bunch of techniques but has no physical stamina and doesn't do isolated muscle training.
9 out of 10 times when the BJJ wins it's because he's going up against a half ass nikka
