Theywere too caught up in being progressive with Rey and giving the black and Asian character screen time that forgot to feed the people. The people wanted Luke all swagged out taking down the Empire beating the breaks of Kylo setting up a showdown with Snoke. But what they gave us was so much filler. I noticed in the theater how the audience perked up the Luke Kylo fight but was snoozing for the rest of it.
