Poetical Poltergeist
Precise and cold hearted

Double Dragon gets a pass just for this scene
Them playing with the idea of beastiality in that scene was wild even back then. Robert Zemeckis was nuts.I don’t think Howard the Duck aged terribly, it was awful to begin with.
I was just a kid and didn’t realize how much it sucked.

Recently caught License To Drive a few weeks back and that scene with the drunk guy stealing the car was so over the top and just overall bad. The chic Mercedes was low key ugly too. Don't understand why Corey Haim was chasing after her.
I even think escape from New York is mad dated. Good flick still just dated. Probably an unpopular opinion but that's my take.Escape from LA
Worst movie ever. But u either loved it or hated it. I can't even watch 5 minutes of it.I don’t think Howard the Duck aged terribly, it was awful to begin with.

It still kind of holds up because it was Low budget, it had all practical effects, it has that classic 80s synth soundtrack and the story was actually good with a memorable character in Snake Plisskin. It's a classic whereas escape from LA was dated just a few years after its release. Its sillier than the first and its lighter tone makes it seem like a made for TV movie on the syfy channel.I even think escape from New York is mad dated. Good flick still just dated. I have a complete and total unironic love of Hackers.
That shyt has aged like fukking milk.
I think the datedness adds to the charm on current day rewatches, though.
Oh its definitely a classic. It's just that scene is cringey as hell to watch it now.License to Drive is still classic fukk that. And he knew Roller Girl was a hoe back then.
lol this is me 1000000%. I’m pretty sure I can recite atleast 75% of the movie. I love it to death. And the other comments about it, yeah, Fisher Stevens‘ character is comically bad lol. But I don’t care, this movie will always be a desert island pick for me.
