Urban Legend is probably the best of the second tier Scream knock off's, I have an affection for that movie, I saw it on VHS in 98, or early 99. That opening scene had us shook, we were probably 12,13 years old.
While i agree that the opening scene was spectacular and the rest of the movie a disappointment, my main problem is the third act, that's when that movie fell apart. It was great up until the beautifully choreographed car chase in italy.

The rest of the movie is maybe the worst Bond movie I've ever seen (at least down at the level of the worst Roger Moore movies).
