Netflix just added An American Crime starring Ellen Page.
Its based on a true story. Sad sad story, but really good movie.

James Franco Catherine Keener & dat young boy from American Horror.

Its some sick people in this world. Btw its much better than the similar type movie "Girl Next Door"

The way they show how Thankfull and Happy a person can be for the simplest thing, its heartbreaking because next you see how awfull people are when they use there hate to bring one man down and put him back in a cage

david lynch definitely lives off these kinds of movies. eraserhead made me incredibly angry for some reason. i never have had an emotional reaction to any work of fiction as strong as i had to that one. i just felt like an incredibly talented filmmaker chose to send me on a trip through hell for no discernible reason...i have since mellowed out, but nothing can match that first viewing, LOL.

going back to my youth, the fox and the hound made me pretty sad, grave of the fireflies hit hard because it kinda stands alone as being one of the first anime to reach america and be a straight up drama film no different than a schindler's list type of movie.

a lot of these torture porn and weird for the sake of being weird type movies some of you all are listing have very little effect on me since i expect all of that going into the movie. there are diminishing returns to over doing it, and the bar gets raised, so only the truly talented can stand out to me. that korean canibal flick was one of the better ones and even that left me feeling kinda hollow shortly after
