Great write up. The only omission is the Funk Brothers. They were the best in house band of all time. James Jamerson is the best bassist of all time
I couldn't in good faith just throw them in here. They deserve their own thread. I still marvel at Jamersons command of the bass on Jackson 5s Darling Dear. Then they said that mf used to play with one 1 finger so they
nicknamed him "Hook". :banderas:

Stevie Wonder is known as a world class musician. He learned from the funk brothers. They said Stevie ass was a little kid following the band around tryna listen, learn and pick up on the techniques . Imagine his career without that Funk Brothers influence.
