Parallel Squats 10 8 5 3
Calf Raises 10 8 5 3
Leg Curl 10 8 5 3
I increase the weight as i go up, less reps more weight:mjcry:

Should your muscles be sore the day after every work out in order to make progress because that doesn't happen to me?


The first few months of starting workout routine..... you should have soreness but it will decrease over time. In my experience, if not then you're not using enough weight or doing enough sets. I see this alot in women, because they seem to be more cardio focused (because its easier for them) rather than weights, which will gain better results in the long run because its builds muscle, which burns fat whether your currently active or not.

I have knee problems so I pretty much skip leg day all together. My knees have been in constant pain since I was 12 (I'm 32 now....been two decades of me living with this :wow:) and I ain't trying to fukk my knees up anymore.

I used to do leg presses, but even that would fukk me up. I've literally not done shyt for the last two weeks and my knees are still in pain :mjcry:

just got back into legs today. I know ima be dying tomorrow lol.

Legs and Abs day. Pretty easy.

Hmmm I do three sets. I don't increase my weight by much but I do feel it as I'm doing them just no soreness afterwards. I'm going to add more than I normally do and see how that affects me.

I love leg day. Always been my best performing day. And of course you lift more weights. Been going extra hard lately adding in squats. And the leg press machine been killing me. Mess with the machines that you kick up and pull down also. Don't know the danm names. Sometimes with both hip extension ones too. How are you even doing one leg at a time on the leg press? How much weight you doing that one leg is enough? I usually do 3x10 with a set of calf raises in between. Only issue is I hate when my stomach stops me from going down more. Maybe I'm going down enough. Maybe I'm just too fat. :mjcry:

I'm really not. I do gotta get back into doing abs tho. Been slacking on that.
