I don't blame the mother, really. It looks like the son is a good square, good grades, fully involved in sports. She did a good thing getting him a studio session. I've brought young people to the studio and they made songs I know they weren't about and were not good to me.

I support them nonetheless. It's just not the era in music for young people to make lyrically substantial music. But as long as they're engaged, that's the real positive.
