Trying to turn my North Cacalak into Carolina del Norte.

Irresponsible as it's impossible to give each child the attention it deserves at this point. The older kids probably function as part time nannies during the day.
I can't imagine being pregnant that long.

Anything over about 3 kids would be an extreme no go for me.
Those kids need time, lots of attention, and love, and if you trying to do it right that leaves very little time for yourself. I love my sons, I also know I have to work and have side hustles because I want to provide for them and hopefully have them set were they have a lot of assets financially so the grind is a little easier for them than it is for my wife and I when they get to be our current age.
If the man and his wife like more power to them though, I'd much rather see her have all those kids with her husband than several by a bunch of random men.

Benefits need to be capped at two children while on government support with a max payout at 3 kids. Anything after that you on your own.
