This has nothing to do with whatever fantasy you're dreaming up. This is just how things work in this country. This is how they have worked since the Judiciary Act of 1789, the bail reform act of 1966 and the bail reform act of 1984. If you're not deemed a flight risk, and you have the money, you can bail/bond out. Maybe you should read up on how your country functions instead of getting mad at me.

I hate that two innocent people were killed due to a reckless driver. I wish it didn't happen. I don't know why that has you tagging me with lies, though.

Most definitely. You are right. I'm still saying if the light is green and you're in a crosswalk, still look both ways. It's like driving.
