I can see not getting house show or ppv bonuses, but I can’t believe that the talent wouldn’t get royalties from merch. Especially since most of the main roster having agents and/or lawyers. I can see the NXT talents agreeing to this just based off inexperience

Yeah that's messed up not getting money from merchandise. Imagine Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Tom Holland, etc not getting anything from all the toys, t-shirts, posters, etc from all the MCU movies.

Yeah wrestlers are known for being honest people

huh?

So you believe a dirt sheet report over someone who actually worked there?

My point is if WWE was really robbing peoples back end and juxing the talent. We would hear more about it from disgruntled workers

They complain about everything else, why leave out the pay?

I don't think it's unreasonable to question what the dirt sheet writers say. I think the same can be said for the carny's that are always working an angle.

if Zack Ryder is out here buying $10,000+ vintage action figures, I think all the WWE main roster talent are making more than enough bank

He was also under a contract where merch sales could make much more money and at one point Ryder was moving a lot of merchandise. Wouldn't be surprising if he had several really good financial years
