First song that came to mindHip-Hop doesn't shock me as much buy R&B and singing ballads get me.
David Foster produced and/or played on Al Jarreau's "After All".
Nile Rodgers produced David Bowie's "Let's Dance".
Babyface produced and wrote on The Whispers "Rock Steady".
WILL.I.AM produced this one.
couldn't believe it(and yes i know about his before-fergie-joined-the-black-eyed-peas-shyt)
but still
I was surprised that RZA did the beat for Big Pun's Tres Leches (Triboro Trilogy). I just KNEW it was Havoc bc it sounds like a pure Mobb Deep beat. I think Prodigy felt the same way bc if you check the end of his verse, he says:
"Wake up every mornin write a new banger that strike harder than your best attempt to sound like P
or the H-A-V-O-C, nikka"
still a bit in shock that DJ Premier did this beat, he needs to hook up with Devin for a whole album if this is the result
Ray Benzino and his boys producing this
