far from it breh.. I'm 6'4' at 214lbs. I hits the gym at least 4-5 days a week. I did have a two year lazy stretch about 7 years ago where I blew up to 255 but I got pissed and said fukk that shyt and burned it off. So I know about burning some pounds off and I knew the mindstate I was in to finally do it and not stop.. and I don't think people enter that -go all out and do something realm that it takes to achieve something. Alot of people don't give a shyt. Like the NYE resolutions coming up. They'll hit the gym for two weeks and they disappear like clockwork
